Before you commission me please read through my TOS and preferably have a clear character reference on hand✦ To request a commission, please complete the google form below

Steps:
✧ 0. Dm (Insta/twt) if you have any questions beforehand
✧ 1. Fill out the Commission Form (link above)
✧ 2. I will contact you via your preferred socials/contact option you've provided on the form.
✧ 3. After conforming the details of your comm, I will send you the paypal invoice to your email.
✧ 4. After receiving your payment, I will have you placed on Trello where you can track progress and your position in queue/wl

Commercial rights
General promotional purposes [+35% price]:
✧ You are using my art on monetized platforms (Twitch, Youtube, etc.,)
✧ Please add in proper credits (art by nommyoni)Note: CR fee may change depending on commission type (ie. illust, pngtuber, emotes etc)Currently, this section will only apply for PNGtuber + Panel comms.Personal usages of comms such as personal profile/banner pic for socials are allowed with credits.

✦ General ✦✧ Make sure you read, understand and agree to my terms before you order a commission
✧ I reserve the right to decline your commission for any reason
✧ Your commission may be streamed (please notify me if you want to keep it private)
✧ I only accept payments through paypal (invoice)
✧ I will start your commission once payment has been received
✧ Here are the things I can draw:

✧ Please discuss with me beforehand if you do not wish to have your commission posted publicly
✧ Making profit from my work is strictly prohibited (exemption: *see commercial rights)
✧ You may repost/share my artwork and use for headers, socials, and other personal uses. (With visible credit)
✧ Do not claim or imply my artwork as your own. Please always use credit when you're sharing✦ Refund Policy ✦✧ Full refund can be given only when I have not started on your commission
✧ Otherwise, refunds will not be accepted
✧ Note: I can cancel your commission at any time for any reason
(you are entitled to a full refund in this case)
✧Any chargebacks will get you blacklisted and your name will be posted online to serve as caution for other artists. I will claim full right to the artwork and your rights for both personal and commercial use/sharing will be forfeited✦ Standard process ✦✧ 1. I will start on your art after receiving payment.
✧ 2. Sketch. I will send a sketch before proceeding to color. Revisions are only available in this phase.
✧ 3. Coloring + rendering will start after everything is approved.
✧ 4. Delivery --- via email unless stated other preferences.✦ Delivery Time ✦✧ Working days for comms: Tue | Thu | Fri
✧ I typically assign ~2 week(working days) to each order. It may take more/less time depending on the complexity of the commission as well as position in queue.
✧ All progress will be updated on Trello
